Presently the laboratory is focusing on understanding the genetics of autoimmune diseases, such as celiac disease, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA, systemic small blood vessel vasculitis), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), vitamin D deficiency (VDD) and SARS-CoV-2 infection in human.
