1. Training Programme/Workshops

• Five days workshop (13-17 Feb, 2017) on Techniques of Geological, Geomorphological mapping and sampling process for Geoscience research.
• GPS training Programme on Trimble TDC 100 (handheld GPS) 23 August, 2017 conducted by Centre for Geography and Geology, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda.
• The ‘Five Days Research Methodology Course on Large Scale Survey: Data Analysis and Tools’ organized by  Department of Educational Planning National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, New Delhi, held from 18-22 March, 2019. This Research methodology workshop provided extensive lectures and training on research methods. It enhanced the quality of research by providing training on SPSS, STATA for data analysis and statistical techniques i.e, tabulation, cross tabulation, correlation, bivariate, multiple linear regressions to find out the correlation between variables.
• A National Webinar on COVID-19: Implications for Human and Natural Environment Organized by Department of Geography, R.P.S. Degree College, Mahendergarh and Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, on 23-24 June, 2020.
• One Day GEE Introductory Course (Webinar) on “Basics of Google Earth Engine: Introduction to Satellite Data Analysis on Cloud Platform” conducted on 3^rd March, 2024.
• Pre Conference Workshop on Publication and Research ethics titled “Publishing in High Impact Journals: Do’s and Don’ts” Conducted on 14^th March 2024, Organized by University School of Management, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
•  Two Days’ Workshop titled Outcome Based Education held on 6^th and 7^th February 2025, organized by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Central University of Punjab, Bathinda.
• One day program has completed on Loksevak for Loksangrah: Leadership Lessons from Indian Scriptures provided by the Karmayogi Bharat on 03 September 2025.
• One day program has completed on AI Applications in Governance provided by the National E-Governance Division (NEGD) MeitY Govt of India on 17 September 2025.

• Geospatial Technologies for Sustainable Education in Shaping SDG 4 for Viksit Bharat 2047 Vision at two days national seminar on “Schools for Rising India (PM-SHRI): Nurturing of Holistic Individuals for 21^st Century Skills” from 17^th-18^th March 2025, at Department of Education-SOE, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda.
• Identification of Climate Change Impact and Land Surface Temperature Dynamics in Bathinda City, A Semi-Arid Region of Punjab (India) at the National Conference on Resources, Technology and Climate Change: A Geo-Sustainable Vision for Viksit Bharat @ 2047, RTC 2025 organized by the department of Geography, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar on 18^th March, 2025.  
• Urban Expansion, Climate Change and the constraints of Ecological Modernization: A Geospatial Assessment of Urban Sprawl in Amritsar City, Punjab at the international conference on “Education for Sustaining Climate and Resilience: Humanistic Perspectives” organized by the department of Education, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, from December 2nd-3rd, 2025.

3. Capacity Building Programme

• 21 days NRDMS (DST) sponsored Training Program on “Geospatial Technology towards a Sustainable Future and Development” which was organized by SKUAST-Kashmir, Shalimar Srinagar from 10 to 30 June 2019. This program aimed to build capacities in teaching, research and development as well as use of geospatial technologies using open source software (Quantam GIS and SAGA) among the participants.
• ICSSR-sponsored Two-Week Capacity Building Programme (CBP) for Young Faculty in Social Sciences, held at Himachal Pradesh University from 23rd September to 4th October 2024.
