Article Submission Instructions for Authors

 

Thank you for considering publishing your research in our journal. Please carefully follow these instructions to ensure a smooth submission process and adherence to the journal's guidelines. The Journal accepts Original article, Reviews, Short communications, Case study, Meta-analysis and Systemic reviews.

1. Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation:

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or.docx)
  • Page Layout: Use A4 paper with 1-inch margins all around.
  • Font: Use Nirmala UI or Mangal Unicode font in 11 point size.
  • Structure: Include the following sections in your manuscript: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Material & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (APA 7th Style). The title should be concise and informative. Word limit for abstract should be 250-300. Please provide 5-7 keywords which can be used for indexing purpose. 
  • Word Count: The manuscript should be between 3000 and 8000 words in length, excluding the abstract, figures, and references.
  • Provide complete Author details including name, Email ID, affiliation, institute, city and country. Proper information of corresponding author should be mentioned.
  • Abbreviations should be defined at the beginning and used consistently after that.
  • To ensure accurate and consistent citations, we recommend using a reference management tool.

2. Submission Procedure:

  • Email Submission: Submit your manuscript via Email. You can email it to shodhprasar@cup.edu.in. Please include the following in the subject line: "Submission: [Your Manuscript Title]."

3. Review and Publication Process:

  • Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure scientific integrity and quality.
  • Review Timeline: We aim to complete the review process within 2 Months.

4. Figures and Tables:

  • Figures should be submitted in high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or TIFF formats. Tables should be editable (for example, in Microsoft Excel).
  • Numbering: Sequentially number figures and tables and provide clear captions.

5. Language and phrasing:

  • Language: We publish the research article in Hindi language only. Therefore, submit your manuscript in Hindi. However, if you have written it in English, get it translated into Hindi and submit it. Further, if you may also seek help from the University about the translation. We may provide you the facility of the translation on nominal charges of Rs. 2.00 per word.  
  • Style: Use clear and concise language with proper grammar and punctuation.

6. Resolution of Conflict:

  • Corresponding Author: Provide the contact details of the corresponding author for communication regarding the submission.

7. Funding:

  • Provide information regarding any source of funding that have supported the work. The statement should include details of any grants received (Please give the name of the funding agency and grant number).

8. Declarations

  • Declaration must include Ethical Approval, Consent to participate, Consent for publication.

9. Checklist for Submission:

Before sending your manuscript, make sure you have:

  • Formatted the manuscript in accordance with the instructions.
  • A plagiarism check was performed, and all sources were correctly cited.
  • Cited correctly all references, figures, and tables that were included.
