Quantum computing has emerged as a transformative paradigm in computer science, offering fundamentally new models of computation that leverage quantum mechanical principles such as superposition, entanglement, and non-local correlations to solve problems intractable for classical systems. My research lies at the intersection of quantum technologies and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on quantum machine learning and quantum artificial intelligence for advancing intelligent computational frameworks. I am interested in analyzing entanglement and non-local correlations in multi-qubit states, developing efficient quantum algorithms and simulations, and designing cryptographic protocols resilient to both classical and quantum attacks. My work further extends to quantum cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, and network security, aiming to build secure and resilient communication frameworks. Looking ahead, my vision is to establish a research group on Quantum Information and Computation that collaborates with leading researchers in India and abroad, positioning the Central University of Punjab as a hub for cutting-edge research in quantum computation and its applications, particularly Quantum Artificial Intelligence.
