New Addition of Hi-end Analytical Equipment to Strengthen the Central Instrumentation Laboratory

During the period under report, The University Grants Commission (UGC) has sanctioned a capital grant of Rs. 10 Crore to strengthen the analytical facilities of the Central i\Instrumentation Laboratory. The process of purchase of the equipment with the said grant is at the advanced stages and the equipment is likely to be installed and commissioned by the end of 2nd quarter of the financial year 2017-18.The following equipment with application ascribed against their name are being purchased to strengthen the analytical strength of Chromatography and Spectroscopy sections of CIL.
