CIL aims for the “optimum utilization of the instrumentation facility providing quality data for analytical and research outcome.”
Role of CIL in the University
Central Instrumentation Laboratory (CIL) has been incepted in the University in 2010. An amount of Rs. 20crores has been spent to house 15 state-of-the art instruments of common use type. It has been playing a pivotal role in supporting the research activities of the three Schools in Science and Technology and 11 Centres distributed among these schools.
Due to the shifting (shutdown, dismantling and reinstallation of equipment) of CIL to the new campus Ghudda, CIL will not be able to receive or analyze the samples from September 1st 2020 to 30th September. All the inconvenience to users is deeply regretted
