Centre for excellence is committed to foster innovation among the stakeholders of Central University of Punjab, Bathinda. The centre’s vision is to organize a series of training programs on innovation, discoveries and skill developments. Workshops for the rural youth to enable them with necessary skills to address national challenges will be a key component of the centre’s activities. In this contest, the centre is planning to establish skill-development laboratories in the university that offers hands-on training in areas such as composting, mushroom cultivation, sericulture, IT and so on.
